Mark 16:16
Baptism of Mark 16:16 is to be by immersion, upon the confession of one’s faith that they believe Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God. The individual is to be baptized in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit for the remission of sins. Matthew 28:19 and Acts 2:38.
We do not baptize infants as an infant cannot confess that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God.
